Therefore, after 30 years of trading and gaining experience, we at Saman paper and cardboard collection have always tried to satisfy the customer by maintaining customer orientation and providing the best type of paper and cardboard, and we believed in this principle that the cost of acquiring a customer New, it is at least five times the cost of keeping current customers happy, and we do the art of marketing in the best way by gaining knowledge and experience.

The art of marketing today is not to sell refrigerators to Eskimo, but to always have Eskimo by our side as a satisfied customer. Therefore, in this collection, we tried not to do different things, but to do things in a different way and we have never stepped on the path traveled because this path only reaches the same place that others have reached, so we always try to We have traveled new and new ways

One of the new ways of working in the packaging and production of paper cups is that this collection, after several years of studying and finding the target of the market with regard to recyclable and environmentally friendly products, we entered this environment and cooperated with cup production workshops. We have taken a step on this path, and we are trying to follow this new path with trust and perseverance.

Saman paper production and service company succeeded in obtaining ISO9001 and ISO10004 in 2024 after many efforts of management and employees.
This ISO9001 certificate is related to the first grade quality management system, which was issued by CSCC under the accreditation of IAF_CNAS from China.
This ISO10004 certificate is related to the customer satisfaction management system and is of the second grade which was issued by TUWCERT under the accreditation of AKAP in Canada.
